Now that my warrior is 80, I figure I should get around to learning about tanking. The online guides are helpful, but I haven't been able to find any tips on keybinding. I generally keep my most-used abilities (for any class) on 1 to 6, alt1 to alt4, Q, E, Z, and C. I've tried a few configurations so far, but I always seem to have an ability or two out of reach.

Has anyone got a good keybind scheme they'd like to share? Maybe a quick screenshot?

Step one: Go arms
Step two: Get gear
Step three: Roll Fury
Step four: PROFIT!

lol BanBan

The flaw in your logic is that a queue for a dps warrior takes about a half hour on a good day. Insta-queue for a prot war on a bad day.

Bry, here's my keybind advice for war tanking.

L2Click.

Too many abilities, but here's a priority list based on what skills you will use in a standard rotation in order from most used to least (meaning you'll Heroic Strike/Cleave more than anything below it):

Heroic Strike (single target)/Cleave (multiple target) (keep on queue)
Devastate (get to 5 stacks, use it when everything is on CD or topped off)
Revenge (keep on CD)
Thunder Clap (keep on CD)
Shield Slam (keep on CD)
Rend (keep refreshed, try not to clip)
Concussive Blow (stun or no, lots of threat, keep on CD)

There are many other abilities outside of the rotation that you'll use in different capacities:

Heroic Throw (often on pulls or emergency nabbing)
Shattering Throw (typically during an execute phase of a boss or a BL)
Shouts (w/e)
Shield Bash (for silences)
Shield Block
Shield Wall/Last Stand/Enraged Regen (some people macro em together)
Warstomp (if you're a tauren)
Charge/Intercept/Intervene (there are macros for these to basically use em in 1 button)
Vigilance (30 min buff)

Maybe the trick for you is to find various macros to give you tighter control over it. But i've pretty much broken up the lists.
